There is beauty in failure and catharsis in tragedy. I find the story of Icarus to be particularly beautiful, remembering always that he was warned not only to avoid flying too high, but also too low, lest the water drag his wings down. The absurdity and foolishness of human experience does not make it less beautiful, but more so.
